He’s a talented free-runner and quite skilled in climbing obstacles and terrains. He’s also a good negotiator, but known for double-crossing allies when it comes to treasure hunting. In fact, his famous line is “Don’t mess with Eddy Raja!”

Marlowe’s right-hand man and the secondary antagonist of Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception, Talbot was created specifically to serve as Drake’s antithesis. He is basically of the same age and shares the same physical ability. As such, Drake has an intense rivalry with him. He may look unassuming but he is extremely dangerous, especially when it comes to hand-to-hand combat. This is probably due to the fact that Talbot used to be a high-ranking agent of Katherine Marlowe’s Hermetic Order and its combat section as well as Marlowe’s right-hand man. His special weapon is a dart gun loaded with special drug, giving him hypnotic influence over the people he uses it on. Personality-wise, Talbot is known to be somewhat sadistic and tends to be violent when aggravated.

But the truth was he has been dead all along and was only used by Samuel Drake as an excuse to make Nathan help him find the lost treasure of Henry Avery.

Gabriel Roman

A villain in Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune, Gabriel Roman is an English crime lord and treasure hunter. Cunning and arrogant, Roman is usually unwilling to get his hands dirty and thus tends to hire help and let his subordinates do the work. The only time he’s willing to do dirty work is when he steals treasure finds from enemies then kills them in cold blood. Which only shows the importance of finding treasure to him. In fact, he places more importance on treasure than any of his associates, who he sometimes treats badly. He carries a snub nosed .38 revolver to make kill shots and overpower rivals.

Rafe Adler

Rafe Adler is the main antagonist in Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End. He is a wealthy treasure hunter and an old acquaintance of brothers Nathan and Samuel Drake, working with them in a Panamanian prison to find clues about the whereabouts of the legendary pirate Henry Avery’s lost fortune. After losing trust and patience with the two, he competes with them in finding the lost treasure and hires the services of PMC Shoreline, led by Nadine Ross. Known to be selfish, arrogant and ill-tempered, Adler spent his youth dealing with thieves, smugglers, and criminals in the black market antiquities trade. Furthermore, he’s a skilled brawler, fencer and climber, having no difficulty traversing walls and high buildings. He uses a nickel plated and heavily engraved Colt M1911 as a personal weapon.

Atoq Navarro

Atoq Navarro is a South American archaeologist. He used to work for Gabriel Roman and helped him hold Sullivan and Drake hostage. He also leads a team of highly trained mercenaries hired by Roman. He served as Roman’s second-in-command throughout the events of Drake’s Fortune while searching for the El Dorado statue because of his considerable knowledge about it. He ends up betraying and killing Roman in the end, as he has his own selfish plan of selling the statue, thus making himself the final boss in the game. Navarro’s main weapon is an SAS-12 shotgun with a laser sight.

Katherine Marlowe

The main antagonist of Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception, Katherine Marlowe, is a cold and calculating leader of Hermetic Order, a 400-year old secret society. She is a long-standing rival of Drake, competing with him and Victor Sullivan over finding the lost city, the Atlantis of the Sands, with the assistance of her team of highly trained agents in the secret society. Her agents prove to be a challenge to Drake and Sullivan as they are more dangerous than any hired gun the two faced before. Sophisticated and manipulative, Marlowe uses both psychological and physical tactics to get what she wants. As such, she’s not against inflicting torture or any physical pain on anyone who gets in her way.

Zoran Lazarevic

And the top Uncharted series villain is none other than Zoran Lazarevic. He is a homicidal, Serbian terrorist and the main antagonist of Uncharted 2: Among Thieves, competing against Drake to reach Shambhala with the help of a private army of highly trained soldiers. He is known to be a ruthless and sadistic man, ambitious and power-hungry, stopping at nothing to achieve his goals. He lacks compassion and has no value for life, having tortured and killed hundreds of people even innocent ones and his own men if they dare to betray him. Lazarevic prefers to let his soldiers kill his enemies. Although he rarely fights, he’s capable of using a variety of weapons. His personal favourite is the Sawed Off Shotgun, which he uses to deliver fatal shots.
